This Privacy Policy explains how Oğuzhan YILMAZ ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Creaton - AI Photo Generator mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We believe in privacy by design. We do not require you to create an account to use the App; you may use it anonymously. However, to provide our services, we process the following data:

• User Content: Text prompts and uploaded photos you provide to generate AI images.
• Device Information: We collect an anonymous Device ID (e.g., "iOS-123abc") to manage your subscription status and app preferences without requiring a login. This ID is completely anonymous and does not personally identify you.
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics data to improve app performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To generate images based on your prompts using Artificial Intelligence.
• To manage your subscriptions and restore purchases via RevenueCat.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To display your generation history within the App.

3. AI Model and Third-Party Services

To provide image generation features, we utilize third-party AI services:

• Google Gemini 3 PRO: Your text prompts and uploaded reference images are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the final artwork. Google processes this data in accordance with their privacy standards. Important: Your data is NOT used by Google for training their AI models.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription billing and validate receipts. Only your anonymous Device ID (e.g., "iOS-123abc") is shared with RevenueCat for subscription management purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take your security seriously. All user content (generated images and uploaded photos) stored on our servers is protected using AES Encryption.

Retention Policy: Your generated images are stored indefinitely to display them in your History page. You have full control over your data and can permanently delete individual images or your entire history at any time from the History page within the App. Once deleted by you, the data is permanently removed from our servers.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of all your data by contacting us at [email protected] and providing your User ID (found in the Settings menu within the App).
• Right to Deletion: You can delete your generated images at any time from the History page, or request complete data deletion by contacting us with your User ID.
• Right to Object: You can object to data processing by discontinuing use of the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
