Terms of Service.

Creaton is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images from prompts and reference photos. It is built and operated by Oğuzhan Yılmaz, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Turkey. By installing or using Creaton, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for everything you submit to Creaton — prompts and reference images alike. You must own the rights to any reference image you upload, or have permission from the rights-holder. Do not upload photographs of other people without their consent.

Do not use Creaton to:

• Generate sexual content involving minors.
• Generate content depicting a real, identifiable person in a defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit way without their consent.
• Generate content intended to deceive — fabricated evidence, impersonation, election or public-health misinformation.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to circumvent the technical safeguards of the service.

We may revoke access for any device that violates these rules.

Subject to applicable law, the images Creaton generates from your prompts are yours to use. We claim no ownership over your output. We make no warranty that an AI-generated image will be free of similarity to existing works; responsibility for downstream use rests with you.

If Creaton offers a paid feature or subscription, billing is handled by Apple under the standard App Store Terms of Sale. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are issued by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.

We do our best to keep Creaton running. We do not guarantee uptime; the app and its supporting services may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Creaton is provided without warranty of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can stop using Creaton at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from them shall be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
